News release CCSO. On 12/10/2016, at approximately 1144 hours, Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies, while conducting follow-up investigation into the earlier reported Kidnap and Robbery, (S201618794) were at 97788 North Lake Road in Lakeside Oregon. While at that location a vehicle wrecked into the fence at the bottom of the driveway to the residence. During a course of the investigation into the accident, the driver, 28 year old Rigoberto Ventura, address unknown, provided a forged instrument (document). Rigoberto Ventura was arrested for Fail to Carry and Present, Unlawful Possession of a Forged Instrument and Providing False Information to a Police Officer. Rigoberto was transported to the Coos County Jail where he was held on $25000.00 bail.
