North Bend’s football team will enjoy an escort out of town this morning, 8 a.m., as the Bulldogs head off to play for the OSAA 4A State Football Championship Saturday at Hillsboro Stadium. The game is scheduled for a 2:30 p.m. kickoff and can be viewed through the OSAA website www.osaa.org. Fans wanting to help send the team off can line the streets from 16th to Broadway to Virginia, to Meade and over to Florida Avenue before heading north on Hwy. 101.
