According to an entry on the Coquille Police log for Tuesday, Sept. 13, 4:28 p.m., 800 block N. Central, “citizen contact,” 48-year old Joseph Norris arrested on CCSO probable cause for two-counts of Violation of Stalking Order. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
