A couple of bad innings tripped up North Coos Waterfront in an American Legion baseball doubleheader at Legion Field in Roseburg, Thursday. The Pepsi Bottlecaps won both games, 8-1, 4-0. On Sunday, North Coos lost a doubleheader to the Roseburg Umpqua Lions 2-1 & 3-2. The Waterfront (5-9, 13-13) is next scheduled to play Monday, 3 p.m., against Hidden Valley at Clyde Allen Field in North Bend.
