According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, May 9, 7:27 p.m., 2600 block Union Ave., “report of 2 goats running in and out of traffic at location. One black, one tan. Officer located goats and owner, owner in process of putting them back in pen, they escaped from.”

Also, Marion County warrant charging Theft II. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
