According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Thursday, Dec. 14, 7:26 p.m., 800 block 6th Ave., “disorderly subject,” 32-year old Jarred Franklin Yokum charged with Disorderly Conduct II and cited for Unreasonable Noise. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
