According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Nov. 12, 12:58 p.m., Newmark & Liberty streets, “off duty officer reported wanted subject at location, officers located the subject walking south on Sherman Ave., Served 2 valid NBPD warrants” on 22-year old Morgan Kutsch, North Bend, charging Failure to Appear on charges of Unlawful Use of Weapon, Resisting Arrest & Criminal Mischief II, also, Fleeing or Attempt to Elude a Police Officer. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
