According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Wednesday, April 6, 2:26 p.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., Walmart, “shoplift just occurred,” 35-year old Jesse Spinella charged with Theft II and Criminal Trespass I. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
