Menacing
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Oct. 29, 12:09 p.m., 2300 block Virginia Ave., “anonymous RP request welfare check for female subject sitting on Virginia Ave. Officer respond and advised female was walking east and appeared fine. Male subject earlier contacted in same area still there,” 34-year old Thomas Lee Howell, North Bend, charged with Disorderly Conduct II & Menacing. “Subject trespassed from residence, subjects dog released to animal control.” Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Oct. 29, 6:20 p.m., “Bandon PD served our valid warrant,” Brittany Overstreet for Probation Violation on PCS Heroin and two-counts of PCS Meth, also, Probation Violation on charge of PCS Meth.
