Lane beat visiting SWOCC 3-2 in an NWAC soccer match at Eugene Saturday. The Laker women fell by a 4-0 count. This week, the men’s team (0-3-1, 1-4-2) hosts Portland CC Saturday in Coos Bay, 2:15 p.m. and the women (0-4-1, 1-5-2) host Portland on Wednesday, 2 p.m. SWOCC’s volleyball team lost at home Friday 3-1 to Clackamas, and on Saturday, the Lakers lost 3-0 to Chemeketa. This week, the Lakers (0-4, 6-8) play at Lane on Friday and Linn-Benton Saturday.
