The public is invited to comment on whether beach driving should be allowed at 35th Court at a meeting hosted by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. The meeting will be 6-8 p.m. March 30 at the Driftwood Public Library, 801 SW Hwy 101, Lincoln City. This 300-yard section of beach at 35th Court between NW 35th Place and NW 34th Street is now open to driving. OPRD scheduled this meeting after receiving a petition for a rule change to close this section to driving.
