News release SCINT – (2 counts), Delivery of Methamphetamine, Felon in Possession of Firearm. Persons Involved: Felker, Joshua Daniel, 33 yoa Coos Bay resident. Narrative: On July 11, 2017 Joshua Felker was convicted and sentenced to 115 months in prison for the above listed crimes. The sentence stems from cases from both North Bend Police Department and SCINT. Both cases were in Coos County where Felker was found to be in possession of a substantial quantity of methamphetamine and/or heroin. The most recent arrest was in April this year when SCINT and assisting Officers located a loaded handgun and approximately three ounces of heroin during a search warrant in Coos Bay.
