According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, June 26, 12:30 p.m., Schetter & Wasson, “vehicle eluding officer,” 43-year old David Elbert charged with Elude in Vehicle and cited for DWS Violation, Driving Uninsured and Failure to Register Vehicle.
