According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, June 6, 8:01 a.m., 3700 block Sheridan Ave., “RP request patrol check for his neighbor’s house, officer respond and contacted 3 subjects,” 35-year old Justin Matthew Roth, Bandon served two CBPD warrants charging Failure to Appear on Trespassing and FTA on Criminal Trespass II. “Released in lieu of custody, all 3 subjects on the property warned for Criminal Trespass.”
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, June 6, 4:17 p.m., Vista Dr./Tower St., “RP reported suspicious subject walking in neighborhood. Officer respond and located 2 subjects matching description, one hiding that ran from the area,” 27-year old Devin Jon Wilson, Coos Bay, arrested on CCSO warrant charging PCS Meth, OSP Parole Board Warrant charging Probation Violation on original charge of Burglary. “NB Medical assist in responding for custody.” Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
