The 19th Annual Newport Marathon will be held Saturday on the Central Oregon Coast. The 26.2 mile certified course along Yaquina Bay is a qualifier for the Boston Marathon as well as the U.S. Olympic Trials. Nearly 1,000 runners and walkers have signed up for the event.
