On 05/22/2017, at approximately 2055 hours, Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to 46505 Highway 101, Bandon for a report of a possible burglary in progress. Upon arriving Sheriff’s Deputies, with the assistance of Bandon Police Officers checked the home. While checking the home, Deputies located 36 year old Stephanie Holder out of Louisiana and 43 year old Marty Martin out of Florida, staying inside a bedroom with their dog. It was determined that neither subject knew the owner or had permission to be inside. Stolen property was located around Stephanie and Marty’s property inside the home. The items were recovered and returned to the home owner. Stephanie Holder and Marty Martin were transported to the Coos County Jail on charges of Burglary 1, Attempted Theft I, Theft II and Criminal Mischief III. Their bail was set at $160000.00 dollars.
