North Bend High School senior Neal Rose was crowned the 22nd Mr. Bulldog Saturday night at the conclusion of the annual fund-raising effort for charity. According to officials, this year’s pageant was a record amount for both Mr. Bulldog history and for all pageants in the Kids Helping Kids Program with $86,115.46 in grants and donations.
