News release SCINT. South Coast Interagency On March 20, 2017 Coos County Circuit Court Judge Megan Jacquot sentenced 48-year old Julie Ann Farnham, Lakeside, to 23 months in prison and a $3,000.00 fine. Farnham was found guilty of Delivery of Methamphetamine (Class B Felony), Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine (Class C Felony), and two counts of Felon in Possession of a Restricted Weapon (A Misdemeanor) by a Coos County Jury on March 14th. Farnham’s sentence stemmed from a traffic stop made by a Douglas County Deputy in Northern Coos County in November of 2014. Farnham was found to be in possession of 26 grams of Methamphetamine, switchblade knife, and a taser at the time of the 2014 traffic stop.
